Proposed mixed-use development at 54 Sasco Hill Road

1/10/14 -- Proposed mixed-use development at 54 Sasco Hill Road coming before Fairfield Town Planning and Zoning next Tuesday January 14, 2014

Sasco Hill Neighborhood Association, Sasquanaug and Southport Conservancy are working together to oppose this proposed development based on its excessive size and inappropriate design. We encourage all residents who are willing and able to do so, to support our efforts by attending the meeting next Tuesday night (at McKinley Elementary School, 60 Thompson Street), where both SHNA and Sasquanaug will be represented by attorney Joel Green, and/or by sending a message to the elected members of the TPZ at the following e-mail address: TPZCommission@town.fairfield.cut.us.  Comments regarding public hearing matters must be sent before 4 pm the day the hearing.  The meeting starts at 7:30 pm, but other matters will be addressed before the public hearing on 54 SHR, so please come even if you can only arrive by around 8:30 pm. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me or another member of the boards of SHNA, Sasquanaug, Southport Conservancy.
