Featured panelists' bios:
Kim Genzburg - Stick Storage.

"I am a mom of two teenagers and I was fed up with tripping over my kid’s sports equipment all over the house! Lacrosse sticks, ice hockey, field hockey, spare golf putters and baseball bats! A very common problem for moms everywhere. My friends and I talked about it all the time and we all know begging the kids to clean up their stuff just doesn't work! We all had the same problem and needed help immediately!
I searched and searched and could not find that perfect solution so I made it myself. Two years later I now manufacture Stick Storage! (Proudly made in NY) Stick Storage provides a storage solution to the clutter and chaos created by kids’ stick-sports equipment, yard tools, rakes, mops, brooms! "
Cheryl MacCluskey – Eoil
After years as a builder Cheryl ventured into her next enterprise, e.Oils. She realized that many of the skin care products she was using had over 20 ingredients with barely recognizable names and many chemical compounds that can cause possible negative health problems within our bodies. There was a need to create a new line of products that were pure and holistic, yet also something that would be unique and innovative. Experimenting with high-grade essential oils and other organic ingredients, lead her to develop e.Oil, a luxury skin oil which is made primarily from avocado oil, an amazing but often undiscovered moisturizer.

While e.Oils have already been a hit with many loyal customers, massage therapists, healthcare professionals, and spas, the line is continuing to expand from oils, scrubs, and toners to new creams and lotions that are being introduced under the umbrella of Younger You.

Joanna Rien - Soggy Doggy Doormat
Joanna made her first prototype of the Soggy Doggy Doormat and tested it with her own dog Buddy – success – he loved it so much, he made it his bed. The material the mats are made of absorbs 7 times its weight in water and even attracts dirt that you don’t want in the house. It dries quickly and can be easily washed. This was a solution to a problem Joanna knew others had too.

With a few ads on Facebook and word-of-mouth the Soggy Doggy Doormat garnered sales quickly and now you can find it in specialty Pet Stores everywhere.

Michelle Jaffee - Sweet & Simple
Michelle Jaffee is the owner and founder of Sweet & Simple. 3 plus years ago, Michelle wanted an outlet for excessive love of baking. Her business quickly turned into a wholesale cookie line offering the best traditional American cookie flavors you will ever taste. They will remind you of cookies your grandmother and mother made – just what you would make at home if you had the time! Using best quality ingredients, including Connecticut eggs, everything from Sweet & Simple is baked in small batches, by hand and with love.

Michelle opened her first retail store with an expanded product line in February, 2013.
